200d Custom Printed Polyester Bags by Carolina Textile Products set the industry standard for 30×40 printed polyester bags. Our bags are available in virtually any color. We offer 1 and 2 color logo screen printing options online, but we can print logos up to 6 colors on any of our printed polyester bags. If you don’t see the laundry bags you are looking for, contact us and we will make the bags you need. We offer 24 standard fabrics, in over 60 standard bag size / style combinations, however, we do not list all of them online. Our online printed polyester bags selection is based on the most popular laundry bag size and style. All printed polyester bags come standard with a spring lock closure on the cord, bottom dump handle, and a 1 color 1 side logo.
50 piece minimum
All printed polyester bags come standard with a 1 color, 1 side, screen printed logo. You can upgrade to a 2 color screen print for an extra $0.40 per bag. We require a minimum order of at least 50 each for all online screen printed 200d polyester bag orders. Contact us for pricing on screen printed bag orders of less than 50 each. Your quantity discounted price per bag will be shown in the cart. All screen charges and setup fees are included in the pricing.
Please don’t forget to pick your ink color(s), and upload a copy of your logo for your printed polyester bags.

Simple designs are free, while complex artwork may incur an art charge. In most cases, our printed polyester bags are used in conjunction with some sort of hamper stand. In order to decide what bag size fits your hamper stand, you can use the following formula, or our standard rule of thumb fit guide:
Formula: Multiply the Diameter of your Hamper Stand by 3.14, then Divide by 2.
Example: 25″ Hamper Stand Diameter
25 x 3.14 = 78.5, divided by 2 = 39.25 (or 40″ rounded out, allowing for shrinkage)

The standard capacity of our printed polyester bags varies greatly, depending on how it is being used, and in what type of setting. Here are a few general standards to go by:
15″ Diameter Bags are typically used as personal laundry bags, not used for laundry collection by a facility.
18″ Diameter Bags typically hold 35 pounds of laundry, and usually accommodate a 2-bed hospital room.
25″ Diameter Bags typically hold 60 pounds of laundry, and usually accommodate a 4-bed hospital room.
27″ Diameter Bags are designed to fit 55 gallon containers.
